Introduction

The rack and pinion type pneumatic actuator controls the valve by the gear shaft rotating movement, which is driven by the meshing movement of the rack and the gear by the piston.

Features

A. CE certificate and According with international Standards, such as NAMUR,ISO5211 and DIN.

B. Integrated Design with Stable Quality.

C. Dual Piston rack and Pinion Design with High Output Power.

D. Multiple bearings and guides on racks and pistons, low friction, high cycle life and prevent shaft blowout.

E. Modular preloaded spring cartridge design, with coated spring for simple versatile range, greater safely and corrosion resistance, longer cycle life.

F. Stainless Steel fasteners for long term corrosion resistance.
